Chom Chotika Caro, our founder, brings over a decade of experience in the spa and wellness industry. Before relocating to the UK, Chom spent five years managing a thriving 10-room day spa in Thailand, where she led every aspect of the business – from customer care and staff training to ensuring treatment quality and a consistently high standard of service.
She then advanced into a leadership role at a renowned 4-star hotel and resort spa, where she spent another ten years overseeing spa operations. There, Chom was instrumental in introducing new treatment protocols, maintaining service excellence, and elevating the overall guest experience.
These years of dedication, growth, and real-world spa leadership have shaped the standard of care we bring to every treatment at Aurelia Rejuvenate today
What We Have Achieved Over The Years
With over a decade of extensive experience in the spa industry, Chom has honed her skills and expertise. Before her relocation to the UK, she had the privilege of managing a small day spa with a 10-room capacity for 5 years, where she led various aspects of the spa's operations, including customer service, staff management, and treatment quality control. Subsequently, Chom has transitioned into a role overseeing spa operations at a distinguished 4-star hotel and resort for another 5 years. During this time, She was responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery, implementing new spa treatments, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
