First 24-48 Hours:

Drink plenty of water and use a rich, gentle moisturiser to support hydration from the inside and out.
Use Gentle Skincare Only
Stick to soothing, fragrance-free cleansers and hydrating products
Apply SPF Daily
Your skin will be more sensitive to UV – apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning, even on cloudy days.
Avoid Active Ingredients
No retinol, AHAs/BHAs, or vitamin C for at least 3-5 days, unless advised otherwise.
Skip Heat & Sweat
Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, and intense workouts for 24-48 hours.
