Kindly note the following policies:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Amendments, cancellations, or refunds can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
- Should you find the service unsatisfactory after the commencement of the treatment, please notify us within 10 minutes. We will address your concerns, or should you wish to cancel the treatment within the first 10 minutes, a full refund will be provided.
- We kindly request that you adhere to your scheduled appointment time. Should you anticipate a delay, we ask that you promptly notify us to minimize inconvenience to other clients.
- Please be advised that the specified treatment duration includes a consultation, time for undressing/redressing (if applicable), and the actual hands-on treatment time.
- Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment duration, particularly for holistic treatments such as massage and facial services. For beauty treatments like waxing, eyebrow, and eyelash tinting, the full duration is necessary. Regrettably, if you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate the full treatment time.
- To ensure punctuality for all our guests, your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of the start time, and the full treatment fee will remain applicable.
- Remember to leave your jewellery at home or use the jewellery box we provide during your treatment.
- Waxing Hair Remover, Eyebrows and Eyelashes tint – a 24-hour patch test and confirm date and time is required before your appointment. Please contact us to schedule
